Will stay again. Comfortable room, amenities provided. Helpful staff, assisted with lost bag and transportation. Convenient for conference and sightseeing. Reliable and efficient.

The hotel in Ternes area is conveniently located near many shops and attractions, offering easy access to the Metro. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The bathroom, though small, is sufficient. The service is friendly and welcoming, with complimentary magazines and newspapers available. The breakfast, while with a smaller selection, is satisfactory. The hotel is quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Plus, coffee and tea are provided in the room, adding a nice touch.

The reception staff, particularly in the afternoon/evening, can be lacking in professionalism and attentiveness.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, just a few blocks down from the iconic Arc de Triomphe and the famous Champs de Elysee. It was so convenient to have good eateries and shops right next to the hotel, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast selection at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from - we loved starting our day with a hearty and satisfying meal. The staff at this hotel were exceptional - from the moment we arrived, they were courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful. They made us feel safe and well taken care of, which was especially important as we were traveling as a woman alone. We were impressed with their attention to detail and their willingness to accommodate our requests, such as an early check-in and a room with a bathtub. our experience here was top-notch and we would highly recommend it to others.
